Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • If there is a delay due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Kerala: 4–8 business days

  • Rest of India: 5–12 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or Email, allowing you to track your shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing your order.

AjKe Mart is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery period or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please record a complete unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery at ajkemart@gmail.com.

Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items may not be accepted without a valid unboxing video.
